Bet sensible with Netted

Netted encourages sensible betting and believes that betting on sporting events will increase your enjoyment and give you the chance to win or share one of the jackpot pools.

We believe it is important that you make sure that you only bet within your means and stay fully in control of your gambling and never gamble more than you can afford.

If you find you have a problem, then our Customer Care Team are always on hand to assist you.

Stay in control

There are a number of features that are designed to help you keep in control of your betting:

Transaction history

You can view your Account History in the My Account section of the site, where you can get a full overview of all bets you have placed and the amount staked on each bet.

Maximum deposit levels

To control the amount you bet with, you can set a maximum deposit level and frequency in the Player protection section of My Account. Here you will be able to set daily or weekly deposit limits. Please note that a decrease in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take place immediately, but an increase in your maximum deposit level or frequency will take 24 hours to effect.

Self exclusion

You can request that your account be closed by Customer Care if you believe you are gambling excessively, Netted will close the account and will do all that it can to prevent new accounts being opened by you in the future. You can also set a self exclusion period yourself by going to the Player Protection section of My Account. Please note that once this is set, it cannot be unlocked by you or by Customer Care.
